Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a collaborative IT Projects & Change team within a Global Law Firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of business and technology projects, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver meaningful change. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.

Analyse and map current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Produce business cases, requirements documentation, process maps and functional specifications. Manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Identify risks, dependencies and potential solutions to support successful project delivery. Present findings and recommendations to project sponsors and senior stakeholders. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Support project delivery, vendor selection (RFPs) and continuous improvement initiatives. About You Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering business and technology change projects. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping and business process improvement. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools, including process modelling, user stories, business cases and requirements management. Proficient in Microsoft Office and process mapping tools such as Visio or similar.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience working within legal or professional services is desirable but not essential.
