BI and Reporting Analyst (Power BI)

BI & Reporting Analyst (Power BI) Leicester (Hybrid – 3 days per week) | £50,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare Would you like to work with technology and business leaders to deliver meaningful reporting and insights which inform strategic decisions? I’m working with a FTSE 100 organisation looking to appoint an BI & Reporting Analyst to work across their business systems and security tools to produce actionable insights, dashboards and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the CIO, CISO and senior technology leadership team, helping shape reporting and insight across the IT estate.

You’ll be responsible for building meaningful Power BI dashboards by extracting and transforming data from multiple Microsoft platforms using Graph API and REST APIs. If you’re passionate about data, automation and Microsoft technologies, and would enjoy working in a highly visible role with excellent progression opportunities, I’d be keen to speak with you. The Role Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports across multiple platforms (predominantly Microsoft).

Deliver reporting that supports strategic decision‑making across the technology function. Use Microsoft Graph API / REST APIs to extract and present data. Ideally – Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and provide real‑time insights.

Essential Experience Strong commercial experience with Power BI. Hands‑on experience using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs to extract data. Experience developing automated reporting solutions.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data in a meaningful way. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
