Responsibilities and Skills Required: Impeccable English Communication - Non-Negotiable This is the single most important requirement in this role. You will be communicating daily via video and email, with international veterinary clinicians, academics, and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.

We need someone who thinks natively in English. You need to speak and write with natural fluency, confidence, and warmth. Your grammar, tone, and word choice should feel effortless rather than translated or AI generated.

Organisational Skills Under Pressure - Non-Negotiable Online events have many moving parts- speakers, slide decks, registration links, tech checks, attendee communications, post production editing, key stakeholder communication and everything in between - done on time without exception.

We need someone with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects without dropping the ball. Experience in event coordination, project management, IT project administration, or advertising production will be highly regarded. In your cover letter to us, we want to see evidence of real systems, like checklists that you may have built you've built, workflows / systems you've created , and projects you've delivered on time when the pressure was on.

In your cover letter, please give us a specific example of a time you successfully managed multiple deadlines simultaneously. Tell us what your system looked like. Attention to Detail - Non-Negotiable Your role is a front facing role. hence, this is the skill that holds everything together in this role and it is also the hardest one to fake What we mean here are things like - A wrong link in an attendee email.

A speaker's name spelled inconsistently. A time zone error in a calendar invite. These are just some examples and in this role, these affect the entire flow of an event.

We need someone who catches errors before they go out. Someone who reads everything twice and who notices what shouldn't be there. Tech Savviness: You will need to be well-versed in various technologies, including virtual event platforms, collaboration tools, and CMS platforms.

You will be involved in video editing of the lectures that are produced and preparation of all the presentation material that is sent to you before an event. This role will require you to adapt quickly to learn and utilize new technologies effectively. Event Coordination: You will be taking charge of planning, coordinating, and executing online events.

To do this role efficiently and effectively, you will be managing all the moving parts that go into organising events. You will need to be good at following existing checklists and creating your own as you see fit to create efficient workflows. Your responsibility is to ensure a seamless event and experience for all stakeholders.

Digital Partnerships: You will collaborate with clients and digital partners to develop and nurture sponsorships and collaborations, and contribute to VetEducation's presence in the veterinary education space. Marketing Support: You'll work closely with our marketing team on social media engagement, content creation, and event promotion.. Initiative and Strategy: We want someone who is proactive and displays initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, contribute to event strategies, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the VetEducation’s digital presence.

Collaborative Team Player: We're a small, close-knit team. Everyone chips in, everyone communicates, and everyone matters. As the company grows, this role will expand and you'll have opportunities to diversify your skill set if you choose to.

Some Additional Details: This is a work from home position and your workday starts at 8:00 am IST. The role is full-time, 5 days a week, 40 hours a week- Mon - Fri. Competitive compensation based on experience A strong internet connection and your own computer is vital to this position as we communicate daily with team members and clients via video chat.

This is a busy role with a lot of international video communication between team members and clients-so we would need minimal distractions and a quiet office spaced during the time that you allocate to your role.
