Company: ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions Canada Reports to: Country Manager Location: Vaughan, Ontario, Canada Job Summary The Senior Director of Sales for Door Security Solutions Canada will lead sales growth across Canada for the DSS, Fleming, and Baron brands. The role reports to the Country Manager and is based at the Vaughan head office. Key Responsibilities Develop and direct the implementation of a business strategy aligned with the overall DSS and ASSA ABLOY strategies.

Generate and analyze weekly and monthly sales forecasts to guide strategic planning. Identify key commercial activities and opportunities, then develop and implement business plans to ensure continued growth and improved profitability. Develop execution strategies and tactics to support strategic plans at the regional level, focusing on driving sales of new products and technologies.

Maintain and increase sales via current channel partners while developing new channel strategies, including recruiting new partners. Plan and direct sales efforts across Canada through a direct sales force and sales agencies to achieve or exceed targets for sales and growth initiatives. Develop and maintain organizational culture, values, and reputation in the marketplace and with staff.

Manage the business collaboratively to promote a consistent vision and enable the team to meet aggressive sales targets. Provide leadership through coaching, counseling, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development. Continually monitor sales force performance against established metrics, ensuring progress against objectives and making course corrections when required.

Drive a culture of accountability and results within the sales force through strategy deployment and effective performance management. Promote the business unit within the industry, manufacturing, trade associations, and the local community. Partner with ASSA ABLOY Canada Shared Services to ensure consistent and high‑quality support.

Perform other duties as required. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field. Experience leading a profitable and growing business and/or running a sales organization.

Preferred experience in the door, hardware, and/or access control industry, with knowledge of the commercial building product sales market. Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving performance excellence. Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to achieve objectives through collaboration. Key Competencies Highly motivated, dynamic, and proactive. Data‑driven decision making, skilled in interpreting sales metrics to guide strategy.

Ability to translate strategic plans into actionable sales initiatives. Strong business acumen and technical aptitude. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Travel within the assigned territory up to 60% of the time.
