Team The mission of the Sales Audit Department is to uphold the accuracy of sales transactions in our financial systems. Opportunity Aritzia is growing and our Sales Audit team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring sales accuracy and minimizing sales risk.
You will play a pivotal role in reconciling, auditing, and investigating sales transactions. Role As the Senior Manager/Manager, Accounting & Sales Audit, you will lead the team to: Ensure client receipts and sales transactions are processed accurately.
Identify and correct sales transaction errors in financial systems. Provide the necessary information to resolve inquiries. Reconcile sales to methods of payment.
Report on Key Financial Indicators. Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day‑to‑day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience. Qualifications Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Accounting, Auditing or Banking.

Compensation At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000 – $300,000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
