Job Description: Manage end-to-end accounting and financial control functions. Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books. Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit coordination. Oversee reconciliations, financial reporting, and MIS preparation Drive process improvements and automation of manual finance workflows. Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial accuracy. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial discipline across departments. Lead and manage the accounts team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain accurate accounting records and reporting through Tally.
