WESCAM Courseware Developer Role

Become a key part of WESCAM as a Courseware Developer in Waterdown, Ontario, dedicated to creating impactful training materials for national security technology. In this Training Courseware Developer position (L3), you will be responsible for developing technical training courseware in collaboration with instructors and Subject Matter Experts. Focus on crafting eLearning programs and support content, ensuring all materials are consistent with product design specifications.

Collaborate with various teams to enhance the training experience. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain technical training course materials • Create eLearning content tailored to new product features • Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders • Edit videos for training use across multiple platforms • Propose technological improvements for training delivery Requirements: • Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience • Experience in using Articulate 360 for course material • Familiarity with AI and eLearning development systems • Strong communication skills with a technical background • Must pass security checks for Controlled Goods Registration Drive innovation and technical excellence in your training development role at WESCAM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
