Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion in a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development of design concepts, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with senior architects and project managers. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, participating in client meetings as needed, and helping integrate design requirements with technical and regulatory standards. The Junior Architect will also contribute to design presentations, support site visits and inspections, and help ensure that project timelines, quality standards, and budget considerations are met.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of design drawings. Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as using design software tools and integrating digital models with project documentation. Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic project coordination, time management, and task tracking to support project delivery.

Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and strong visualization skills. Relevant degree in Architecture or an equivalent field, with knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and regulatory standards. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with an openness to feedback and a willingness to learn from senior team members.

Detail-oriented approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work on-site in Chennai as part of a multidisciplinary team.
