We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Seattle, WA and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients. As a Talent & Rewards Consulting Analyst, you will work with clients worldwide to engage their people. This is a great opportunity to partner with board members, senior executives, and HR leaders to optimize business performance through strategies that better manage, reward, and engage talent.

Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization‑specific issues related to business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices, global expansion, and career‑management best practices. Collect and examine data relevant to developing solutions in the various practice areas.

Thrive in an environment that embraces AI and technology‑enabled tools. Analyze clients’ strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights for senior project team members. Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop client recommendations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 1–3 years of experience working in a consulting firm or corporate role. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design. Intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop new skills and apply critical thinking. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate engagingly.

Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs. Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data‑analysis platforms. Demonstrated experience in Compensation and Total Rewards. Benefits Professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $75,500 to $151,000. The base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
