Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager at Swades AI. The Product Manager will own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with research, engineering, and design teams.

Daily responsibilities include translating complex AI capabilities into clear product features, conducting user and market research, managing backlogs, and ensuring timely delivery of releases. The role also involves tracking product performance, iterating based on data and feedback, and aligning stakeholders on product vision and goals. The Product Manager will help ensure that Swades AI’s solutions are usable, valuable, and scalable for customers and partners.

Requirements: We're looking for a Product Manager to own a core part of our platform and drive it from strategy through execution to adoption. You'll sit at the intersection of our customers, our go-to-market teams, and engineering turning a deep understanding of B2B buyers and users into a roadmap that moves the metrics that matter (activation, retention, expansion, and revenue). This is a high-ownership role.

You'll be responsible not just for shipping features, but for outcomes: defining the problems worth solving, validating them with real customers, and partnering closely with design and engineering to deliver solutions that customers love and that grow the business.
