We are a healthcare AI startup. Currently in stealth mode. Backed by Tier 1 US VCs Founding team of serial healthcare entrepreneurs Global team (Singapore / India / US) We are building some of the advanced, easy to use healthcare AI tools for Physicians and patients.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Product Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Product Manager will support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including gathering and documenting requirements, refining user stories, and maintaining product backlogs. The role involves coordinating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure features are delivered on time and aligned with user needs and business goals.
Day-to-day tasks include analyzing user feedback and product usage data, preparing product reports, assisting in release planning, and helping prioritize features and enhancements. The Junior Product Manager will also contribute to product documentation, internal communication, and continuous improvement of product processes. Qualifications Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements, with a structured approach to user stories and product specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with interpreting data and drawing actionable insights. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Basic understanding of product management concepts, agile or iterative methodologies, and software development lifecycles.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Interest in technology products and user experience; familiarity with SaaS or digital platforms is an advantage.
Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow into broader product responsibilities over time.
