Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer We're currently looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join an internationally established manufacturing team on a long‑term contract (outside IR35). You will play a key role in improving processes, optimizing equipment, reducing waste, and supporting new product launches while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Support and document production trials and equipment acceptance activities.
Develop and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and reduce scrap. Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop plant layouts and conduct capacity studies.
Support PFMEA, DFM/A, ergonomic assessments, and engineering documentation. Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement solutions. Promote and maintain strong 5S, Health & Safety, and quality standards.
About You Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. Manufacturing or industrial process experience. Strong understanding of process flow and plant layout.
Proficient in AutoCAD. Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
