Job Description

Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliances, and management of Group investments. The role also involves financial statement preparation, audit coordination, cash flow management, and review of corporate secretarial matters. Key Responsibilities: Financial Statement Preparation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of books of accounts.

Conduct periodic review of books of accounts and ensure proper documentation. Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards/Ind AS. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Audit Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for statutory, internal, and tax audits. Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth completion of audit assignments. Ensure timely resolution of audit queries and implementation of recommendations.

Statutory Compliance Review TDS calculations, remittances, and filing of returns. Review Income Tax Returns and related schedules for accuracy. Provide data and support for advance tax computations, income tax assessments, and appeals.

Oversee GST payments, return filings, and related compliance requirements. Support tax planning initiatives and ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations. Secretarial Review Collaborate with the Secretarial team for review of statutory filings, Board resolutions, and ROC-related documents.

Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable laws. Assist in corporate restructuring and related activities. Banking & Financial Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Negotiate favourable terms for investments and banking arrangements. Monitor transaction costs and optimize banking operations. MIS Reporting Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports for management review.

Generate specialized reports and analyses as required by Management from time to time. Cash Flow Management Forecast and monitor short-term and long-term cash flow requirements. Maintain optimal liquidity levels to support operational and investment needs.

Ensure efficient utilization of surplus and idle funds. Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15 years of relevant experience, prefer candidates from manufacturing sector. Strong Leadership and communication skills.
