Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manager Finance Account role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The Senior Manager Finance Account will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting in line with organizational policies and statutory requirements. The role involves managing accounts receivable and payable, monitoring revenue and expense trends, and implementing controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. The person in this role will coordinate with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, and customer success to support pricing decisions, contract reviews, and profitability analysis.
They will also lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, streamline processes, support audits, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Qualifications Strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management. Proficiency in Account Management, including accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Ability to collaborate on Customer Service initiatives by aligning billing, credit control, and payment processes with client requirements. Exposure to Sales support, including pricing analysis, margin tracking, and financial evaluation of key accounts or contracts. Proven Team Management skills, with experience leading, coaching, and developing a finance and accounts team.
Tally Prime knowledge Must Professional qualification such as ,BCOM,CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent relevant degree. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or technology-driven businesses is preferred. Advanced knowledge of accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
