We are looking to hire Associate Director & Manager for Finance Transformation role in Mumbai. Position Overview Uniqus’ Finance Operations practice works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. F&P helps shape the evolving CFO agenda to leverage deep expertise and innovative technologies to enable organizations to drive enterprise value and thrive in a digital economy.

We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions for finance processes, operations, and supporting technology. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, ability to work with teams, navigate steep learning curve, and demonstrate management consulting skills to be part of the Finance Operations Transformation talent group. Required Qualifications Bachelors with 10+ years of relevant Finance Operations/ Transformation experience Masters with 8+ years of relevant Finance Operations/ Transformation experience Experience Required Experience working in Finance organizations or consulting organizations, advising finance business on one or more of the following areas: (Close process optimization, touchless invoice processing, Customer billing and collection, Capex and Revenue project management and profitability reporting, Product costing and inventory management, Asset life cycle management, report rationalization and MIS reporting, Data management and governance, Cash flow forecasting and other functional areas) Strong understanding of Finance end to end processes and the ability to align ERP ‘out of box’ functionality with desired Finance future state capabilities – Chart of accounts and enterprise structures, Key design decisions, Functional design and blueprinting, ERP roadmap with business case Strong understanding of digital finance ecosystems aligned to at least one or more critical business process (Vendor and Customer Portal, Finance close cockpit, Revenue recognition engine, Matching and reconciliation tools, Consolidation and reporting tools, Agentic solutions for invoice processing, reconciliation, forecasting, working capital management, controls & anomaly prediction) Exceptional communication and presentation skills and executive presence to engage internal and client stakeholders effectively to drive design consensus and key program decisions Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as problem-solving, strategic thinking and robust proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Include excel and ppt – exceptional ppt and storyboarding skills Include AI and LLM skills – co-working with enterprise LLM platforms with effective prompt engineering, preparing design / artefacts, interactive models, point of view and proof of concepts with robust human controls and data / privacy guardrails Ability to navigate in complex global transformations engagements and go-getter mindset to deliver within the timeline Ability to travel within India and outside India for various engagement needs and as per timeline requirements Preferred Experience Experienced with Agile program delivery Strong experience on Finance processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Specialized Finance, Business Finance/ FP&A, Product Costing, Treasury operations) Ability to translate technology functionality into process improvements Strong Finance functional specialization in SAP S/4HANA is preferred (Certified or worked as transformation advisor with implementation team for key design and requirement phases) Practical experience in Finance Operations, Finance system transformation, FP&A, or EPM Experience with ‘Finance in a Digital World’ technologies such as process automation through Agentic solutions, low-code / No-code automation, cloud platforms and visualization etc.

Strong understanding of industry specific finance process depth in one or more key industries such as Manufacturing industry, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunication, Consumer & Industrial Products and Financial Services Industry (e.g., IFRS, Revenue Recognition, RIM to Cost Accounting etc.) Strong core consulting skills, including direct client management, engagement with mid- to senior-level stakeholders, structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and effective teamwork Exposure to working in non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and/ or interacting with Global stakeholder
