About the Role: BuildXpria is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, analytics, and growth strategy.
You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, partner registrations, brand visibility, and marketing ROI across digital channels. We are looking for a hands-on marketer who can execute, analyze, optimize, and continuously bring new ideas to accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Drive qualified leads, registrations, and customer acquisition. Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates. Develop and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels.
Manage website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Work closely with founders to develop marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. Track, analyze, and report marketing performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
Conduct A/B testing and identify opportunities for optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging growth opportunities. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign performance. Good understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, and Reporting.
Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and marketing funnels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
Willingness to experiment and innovate. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, or related field. MBA in Marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
Certifications in Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or related fields will be an added advantage.
