The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, managing daily posting and community interactions, and optimizing content based on performance analytics. The role will collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.

The Social Media Manager will also monitor trends, track competitors, and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across major platforms. Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and adapt content for different channels and audiences.

Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional online engagement. Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform insights). Ability to interpret social media metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies based on data.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a remote environment. Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced setting is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
