App Growth Manager Department: App Marketing Location: Jaipur Employment type: Full-time Reports to: Head of Growth Experience level: 5โ€“6 years Days of Working: 6 days per week About the role We're looking for an App Growth Manager to own the full mobile growth funnel โ€” from acquiring the right users to keeping them engaged and converting them into loyal, high-value customers. You'll combine paid acquisition, app store optimization, lifecycle marketing, and rigorous experimentation to scale our app profitably. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, so you should be as comfortable reading a cohort retention curve as you are briefing a creative team.

What you'll do Own and scale paid user acquisition across channels such as Meta, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic, hitting volume targets within CAC and ROAS goals. Manage budgets, bids, and channel mix; continuously reallocate spend toward the highest-performing campaigns and audiences. Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) โ€” keywords, metadata, screenshots, and conversion rate on the App Store and Google Play.

Build and optimize lifecycle and retention programs (push, in-app messaging, email) to improve activation, engagement, and reduce churn. Design and run a high-velocity experimentation roadmap (A/B tests on creatives, onboarding, paywalls, and messaging) and turn results into decisions. Own the analytics stack: define and monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, payback period, funnel conversion) and report on performance to leadership.

Partner with product, creative, and data teams to improve onboarding flows, monetization, and the overall user journey. Manage attribution and measurement through an MMP (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and ensure data accuracy across SKAN / privacy-driven measurement. Stay ahead of platform, privacy, and creative trends, and bring new growth opportunities to the team.

What you'll bring 5โ€“6 years of experience in mobile app growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition, ideally for a consumer or subscription app. Proven track record of scaling paid UA channels profitably (please be ready to share metrics you've moved). Strong command of mobile attribution and analytics tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust, Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).

Solid understanding of unit economics โ€” CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and payback. Hands-on experience with ASO and lifecycle/CRM tools (Braze, CleverTap, OneSignal, or similar). A test-and-learn mindset, with the analytical rigor to design experiments and interpret results.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Nice to have Experience with subscription / freemium monetization and paywall optimization. SQL or comfort working directly with data and dashboards (Looker, Tableau).

Familiarity with creative production workflows for performance ads. Experience navigating iOS privacy changes (ATT, SKAdNetwork).
