We're Hiring | Product & Growth Marketing Manager Location: Delhi Head Office (with travel as required) We're looking for a Product & Growth Marketing Manager (5–6 years of experience) to help scale our portfolio and drive growth for products that create meaningful impact in mental healthcare. What you'll do: • Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing offerings • Build compelling product positioning, messaging, and launch plans • Drive growth through data-informed marketing initiatives • Partner closely with clinical, product, content, design, and leadership teams • Identify new channels, partnerships, and opportunities to reach premium audiences • Leverage AI-powered tools and modern marketing technologies to accelerate growth What we're looking for: • 5–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related roles • Experience launching and scaling products in healthcare, wellness, edtech, or other trust-driven sectors • Strong storytelling, positioning, and analytical skills • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments • Ability to balance brand-building with performance-driven outcomes If you're excited about building products that matter, shaping a category, and driving growth with purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
