Job Description Execute day-to-day tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and consistency Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational goals and project milestones Maintain, update, and secure records, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal policies Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for optimization Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining knowledge-sharing resources Respond promptly to requests and escalate issues when necessary Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance reviews Requirements Qualifications: Bachelorโs/ Masterโs Degree Proven experience in administrative, operational, or project support roles Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and digital collaboration tools Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking skills Familiarity with data entry, report generation, and document management systems Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach Requirements Career in software testing
