Role: Program Manager & EA โ CEO's Office About the Role We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership individual to serve as the operational and strategic right hand to the CEO at Meolaa. This is a dual role part Program Manager, part Executive Assistant and it demands someone who can hold context across the entire business, drive execution on critical initiatives, and ensure the CEO's time and attention are always pointed at what matters most. What You'll Own: CEO Office & Scheduling Own the CEO's calendar prioritise ruthlessly, protect deep work time, and ensure every meeting has a purpose Manage travel, logistics, and scheduling across internal and external commitments Prepare the CEO for meetings briefing notes, context documents, and pre-reads Handle sensitive correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO Act as the first point of contact for the CEO's office filter, triage, and respond Program Management Track and drive cross-functional initiatives from the CEO's office own the to-do list that cuts across teams Build and maintain a live dashboard of key priorities, decisions pending, and open loops Follow up with function heads on commitments made in leadership meetings Identify bottlenecks, escalate risks early, and keep projects moving without waiting to be asked Own the rhythm of the business leadership meetings, board prep, monthly reviews, and OKR tracking Strategy & Research Conduct research and build quick analyses to support CEO decision-making Prepare investor updates, board decks, and strategic documents Synthesise inputs from across the business into clear, concise briefs Support evaluation of new opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives with structured thinking Internal Communications & Culture Own internal communications from the CEO's office town halls, team updates, and key announcements Help drive culture initiatives and ensure the CEO's priorities land clearly across the organisation Be the connective tissue between the CEO and the rest of the team Who You Are 3โ6 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, EA, Program Management, or Founder's Office role Exceptionally organised you run on systems, checklists, and follow-through High discretion โ you will handle sensitive information and must be trusted completely Strong written and verbal communication you can draft a board update as easily as a WhatsApp message Fast learner with strong business acumen you pick up context quickly and connect dots across functions Proactive by default you don't wait to be told, you anticipate Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is strongly preferred MBA from a Tier 1 institution is a plus, but not mandatory โ we care more about how you think and execute Why This Role Closest possible view into how a founder-led D2C company is built Exposure to strategy, operations, fundraising, and team-building in one role Direct mentorship from the CEO Outsized responsibility from day one Competitive compensation with room to grow as the company scales
