About the job Empo r is a B2B marketing and CXO engagement company working with global technology brands to design and deliver high-impact marketing programs across India’s enterprise ecosystem. Our work spans CXO forums, enterprise events, audience acquisition, and demand generation campaign s for some of the world’s leading technology companies. As we continue to scale our marketing capabilities, we are looking for a Brand Manage r to build and manage our digital demand engine while strengthening Empor’s brand presence Key Responsibilities : • Strengthen Empor’s brand presence across all touchpoints, including website, marketing assets, and thought leadership content • Drive brand storytelling across LinkedIn and other channels, including development of case studies and campaign narratives • Ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging across all communication and marketing initiatives • Collaborate with digital and campaign teams to shape cohesive campaign journeys aligned with brand positioning • Oversee creation and optimization of landing pages and marketing assets to ensure strong brand experience • Monitor campaign performance and derive insights to enhance brand engagement and visibility • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of brand-led initiatives • Maintain a data-informed approach to brand building and communication effectiveness • Guide email marketing communication to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and audience engagement We’re looking for someone who is: • Strong in brand thinking with an analytical approach to performance • Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and quality in execution • Creative with a sharp eye for messaging, storytelling, and positioning • Experienced in B2B or enterprise marketing environments • Comfortable managing multiple brand and campaign initiatives simultaneously Experience : 3–6 years in Brand Marketing / B2B Marketing Prefer ence: Candidates with strong exposure to brand building, content strategy, and B2B demand generation
