Project Manager

Mandatory skill set: • Minimum 12 years of experience • Project Management Experience • Candidate who has been part of Large Scale Transformation (on Treasury/Trading Project) • Knowledge on Murex, and any other Trading platform will be an added advantage • Working knowledge of Trading systems in a financial institution • Knowledge in Treasury products (Derivatives & Foreign Exchange) and Equity • Excellent communication skills Knowledge on some or all of the below Skills: • Integration with Exchanges • FIX Protocol • International Market integration • Market Data Integration • Settlement and Reconciliation • Limit Management • Position and Cash management • Corporate Actions • Margin trading • Integration with core banking and other subsystems • Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: • Monitor the development and implementation of plans for the design, testing, and implementation of all business requirements. • Reporting of Projects status under the assigned scope of work • Ensure the project management framework, stage gates for the projects are followed and the artifacts are maintained in the Central Project repository. • Able to communicate with different stakeholders, internal, client and change teams to share information • Ability to perform Business Analysis; Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements • Create clear and structured documentation (BRD, FSD) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with excellent communication • Ensure documentation and deliverables are consistent with defined standards Technical knowledge on: • Ability to run queries on SQL and interpret data • Microsoft Project/ Scrum/Kanban • Java/Dotnet/data base • Proficient in excel
