We are currently looking for a Sales and Leasing Manager at our Calgary location. We’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated professionals with a passion for sales and customer service. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a high-impact sales and leasing team, setting clear goals, coaching performance, and creating a culture of excellence and accountability.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention by overseeing the full sales and leasing lifecycle from lead distribution to final close ensuring every experience exceeds expectations. Manage lease portfolios, inventory strategies, and new vehicle sourcing to optimize revenue, minimize aging, and ensure availability aligns with market demand. Oversee the reconditioning process for vehicles destined for the sales yard, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and cost-effective execution.
Manage and approve purchase orders (POs), maintaining budget control and supporting efficient operational workflows. Organize, monitor, and optimize pre‑owned vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, appropriate aging management, and inventory levels aligned with sales objectives and market demand. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Branch Management, Marketing, Credit, and Finance to structure deals, deliver on targets, and drive branch profitability.
What You’ll Bring Proven experience (3+ years) in vehicle sales, leasing, or sales management, with a track record of hitting and surpassing targets through leadership and strategic execution. A natural ability to communicate, influence, and lead with empathy your team looks to you for guidance, motivation, and direction. Strong operational know-how, with experience in CRM systems, inventory management, and lease portfolio oversight.
A valid driver’s license, the ability to obtain a sales license (where applicable), and comfort working outside of standard hours when the opportunity calls.
