Job Description

Join WBM as a Service Desk Analyst, where you'll deliver top-notch level 1 technical support to enhance customer experiences. Utilize your skills across multiple communication channels, including telephone and chat. WBM is on the lookout for a customer service professional to support its Service Desk team.

In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling service requests and incidents through effective troubleshooting. Your role will span from initial customer interactions to successful issue resolution.
