Role Description The Venture Capital Analyst role at AIS & Co is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing potential investment opportunities, conducting market research, performing financial modeling, and preparing investment reports. Key responsibilities include due diligence on prospective investments, monitoring portfolio performance, and providing strategic insights to assist in optimizing investments.

The role involves active collaboration with team members and stakeholders to support effective decision-making processes. Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills, with experience in market analysis and financial modeling Proficiency in data interpretation and report preparation, with attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of investment strategies, venture capital frameworks, and startup ecosystems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in financial services, consulting, or venture capital is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
