Store Manager

Fiolino is seeking a hands-on Store Manager who understands every aspect of running a cafe, from espresso preparation to grab-and-go food operations. The manager will run daily operations, open and close the store, lead shifts on bar, counter, and prep, hire and train staff, schedule and manage labor, maintain NYC DOH food safety standards, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and ensure a warm, consistent guest experience. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience managing a cafe or similar concept, strong coffee knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to lead by example.
