About the Role As a Trainee Manager, you’ll learn the fundamentals of people management, performance, and customer relationship development while supporting the wider team. You’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with customers, handling enquiries, supporting live campaigns, and contributing to daily operations. Through structured training, mentoring, and real responsibility, you’ll develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a management position within Vetra Group.
