About the Role As a Trainee Manager, youโll learn the fundamentals of people management, performance, and customer relationship development while supporting the wider team. Youโll gain hands-on experience working directly with customers, handling enquiries, supporting live campaigns, and contributing to daily operations. Through structured training, mentoring, and real responsibility, youโll develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a management position within Vetra Group.
