Performance Analyst

The Vacancy Are you a highly organised Performance Analyst with strong rugby knowledge and excellent video/data analysis skills, who can deliver consistent, high-quality insight to coaches and players across training and match-day, and who is motivated to innovate and continuously improve standards? If so, we want to hear from you. What you will be doing: Deliver accurate, consistent analysis pre-, during and post-match, providing clear insight to the coaching team using video and data tools. Lead analysis support at training, capturing, coding and sharing key themes to drive performance improvement. Produce and present high-quality opposition analysis and tailored presentations for scheduled meetings. Manage and maintain analysis footage, platforms and equipment, while educating and supporting coaches/players and driving innovation in methods. What we’re looking for: 2+ years’ experience working as a Performance Analyst within professional sport , delivering pre-, in-game and post-match support. Proven experience working effectively within a multi-disciplinary high-performance environment and building strong relationships with coaches and players. Strong rugby union knowledge (playing and/or refereeing experience advantageous) with the ability to translate game understanding into actionable insight.

Advanced performance analysis & IT capability , including tools such as Hudl Sportscode/Studio, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and video editing software (iMovie/Final Cut) , plus the ability to maintain high standards under tight deadlines.
