About the Role As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will act as the bridge between marketing and sales , designing strategies that improve product visibility and drive growth across retail and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals • Plan and implement in-store promotions, merchandising, and POS activities to boost product visibility • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and distributors to ensure effective campaign execution • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to optimize performance • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure ROI on promotional activities • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts • Support product launches with strong channel activation plans and visibility campaigns. • Candidates with more experiences will be given scope in Marketing / Product / Category Management.
