Located in Gurugram, the company is driven by purpose, trust, and institutional-grade reliability. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Tendering Manager.
The Tendering Manager will oversee tender management and preparation, coordinate procurement processes, and support business development by fostering effective sales strategies. A Tender Manager in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) leads the end-to-end bid process—from inquiry to contract award—by reviewing RFx documents, developing techno-commercial proposals, calculating costs, and negotiating terms to secure new projects. They ensure compliance with client specs and company standards.
Key Responsibilities Tender Management: Manage the entire tender lifecycle, including reviewing RFP/RFQ documents, checking eligibility conditions, and developing bid strategies. Techno-Commercial Proposals: Draft detailed techno-commercial bids, covering scope, project execution methodologies, and technical compliance. Costing & Estimation: Collaborate with estimation/engineering teams to calculate accurate costs for materials, subcontractors, manpower, and overheads to ensure competitive pricing.
Risk Management: Identify potential technical and commercial risks, developing mitigation strategies and risk registers. Stakeholder Coordination: Lead pre-bid meetings, coordinate with legal, procurement, and technical teams, and maintain vendor engagement. Negotiation & Award: Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with clients and subcontractors to close contracts.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Management (MBA). Experience: 8–15 years of experience in tender management within the EPC sector, often with specific industry experience required (e.g., Solar, Transmission lines, or Infrastructure). Technical Knowledge: Understanding of utility tendering frameworks (e.g., PGCIL, State Utilities) and contractual terms.
Skills: Exceptional communication, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office/tender portals. Kindly share your resume on
