It provides a seamless experience through Via Benefits, combining digital tools with licensed advisors to guide individuals—active employees, retirees, or those unaffiliated with an employer—through important health‑coverage decisions. IM helps employers offer greater choice, predictable costs, and reduced risk while ensuring individuals receive personalized, confidence‑building support throughout key life transitions. Summary: The Technical Business Analyst partners with product, business, engineering, and data teams to define functional and technical requirements, support Agile delivery, and ensure solutions meet regulatory, operational, and user needs.

Role: Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirement documentation. Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and data/AI teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.

Analyze end‑to‑end processes, integrations, and data flows.
