Join McMillan as a Technical Support Analyst, providing hands-on IT solutions in Calgary. Demonstrate your troubleshooting skills and contribute to a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will support Level 1 and 2 technical issues while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Your day-to-day tasks will include managing service requests, documenting issues, and coordinating onsite support for video conferencing technologies. You'll also monitor service desk operations and work alongside teams to ensure a smooth IT service experience.
