Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bridge the gap between business, clients, and technical teams. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technical projects such as websites, landing pages, integrations, and marketing tech initiatives—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Key Responsibilities : Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects (web development, integrations, CMS, tracking setups, etc.) Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Act as a bridge between clients, developers, and internal teams Translate business and marketing requirements into clear technical briefs Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution Coordinate UAT, bug tracking, and quality checks Maintain documentation, SOPs, and workflows Ideal Candidate Profile : 1-3 years of experience in technical project/program management Experience working with web development teams Basic understanding of website development, CMS platforms, APIs, and integrations Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (GA, GTM – basic level) Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Experience using project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello What’s in it for You Opportunity to work on diverse technical and marketing-driven projects Exposure to both technology and business strategy Collaborative, fast-paced work environment Growth-oriented culture with learning and leadership opportunities
