The role involves architecting high-performance systems using microservices architecture principles, including Agentic AI and multi-agent system patterns, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, a strong understanding of emerging technologies including AI/ML and RAG pipelines, and the ability to drive innovation through proof of concepts, demos, and AI/LLM-powered workflows. • Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions using microservices architecture principles, including Agentic AI and multi-agent system patterns • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and propose technical solutions • Evaluate and recommend suitable cloud platforms and services such as AWS and Azure based on project requirements • Stay updated with emerging technology trends, including AI/ML, RAG pipelines, and solution design opportunities • Drive innovation by creating proof of concepts, demos, and AI/LLM-powered workflows Experience: Should have 7+ years of experience in the IT industry Experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices-based architectures Hands-on experience in creating proof of concepts, demos, and AI-agent-based or LLM-powered workflows Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and vector databases is preferred Exposure to containerization technologies, Kubernetes orchestration, and MLOps pipelines is advantageous Functional Skills: Strong understanding of software development technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Python, Angular, React, and TypeScript Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Spring-AI Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies Understanding of AI/ML technologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI solution architecture Ability to evaluate technical requirements and propose scalable architecture solutions Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions Personality Traits : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and innovation trends Self-motivated and outcome-oriented approach Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities Website: https://solizepartners.in/
