We're Hiring: Hotel Booking Specialist Mumbai (Khar West) | Full-Time | Mid-Level (3–6 years) At The Villa Escape, we curate extraordinary journeys for clients who've seen the world and expect more.

From Northern Lights expeditions in Finnish Lapland to bespoke itineraries across South America and the Mediterranean — every detail matters. We're looking for a Hotel Booking Specialist who knows luxury hospitality inside out, can navigate the world's finest properties with ease, and is equally comfortable building the itineraries that bring it all together. **What you'll own:** • End-to-end hotel sourcing, negotiation, and booking for high-net-worth clients • Building and maintaining relationships with luxury hotel partners — Leading Hotels, Preferred Hotels, Small Luxury Hotels, and top independents • Rate management, contract renewals, and allotment tracking • Crafting detailed client itineraries in coordination with the travel design team • Handling special requests, VIP amenities, and on-trip escalations • Accuracy across all reservation documentation and client-facing materials **What we're looking for:** • 3–6 years in hotel reservations or travel operations, with clear exposure to the luxury or ultra-luxury segment • Hands-on proficiency with hotel booking platforms (Hotelbeds, Beyond, or similar) • Experience building and managing detailed travel itineraries • Familiarity with Vamoos, Zoho CRM, or similar tools is a strong plus • Sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple live bookings without dropping the ball • A genuine passion for travel and an intuition for what discerning clients expect **Why TVE:** • Work on itineraries most travel companies never touch • Small, expert team with direct access to founders • Khar West office — central, connected, collaborative • Competitive compensation based on experience If you know the difference between a Superior and a Signature Suite — and you know why that matters to a client — we'd love to hear from you.
