Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Canada Work Model: Remote Duration: Contract Pay Range: CAD$30-35/hr T4 (depends upon years of experience) We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. This role is ideal for someone strong in sourcing, headhunting, and managing multiple priorities . Key Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of roles (up to 100 at a time) for retail/store hiring Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms Reach out to passive candidates, including students and early-career talent Build and maintain strong talent pipelines Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams Handle end-to-end recruitment and job postings Participate in hiring discussions, reporting, and strategy meetings Support ongoing recruitment projects and initiatives Requirements: 5+ years of recruitment experience (or 3+ with strong agency + sourcing focus) Experience in high-volume hiring environments Strong headhunting and direct sourcing skills Retail hiring experience preferred Knowledge of U.S. job market and employment practices Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Workday) is a plus Skills required: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish What Success Looks Like: Efficiently managing multiple open roles Building strong candidate pipelines Consistently filling roles with quality talent Acting as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers and HR Contributing to hiring strategy with insights and data
