We're Hiring: Store Manager – TROY COSTA Location: Mumbai Industry: Fashion Retail | Menswear | Luxury We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Mumbai flagship - someone who understands the nuances of luxury menswear and knows how to craft not just a sale, but an experience. A confident leader with an eye for detail, a sense of discretion, and a natural ability to build long-term client relationships. Someone who can translate the brand’s ethos into every customer interaction, mentor their team with purpose, and elevate the store into a destination for style, service, and storytelling.

What you'll do: – Lead day-to-day operations of the store with efficiency and elegance – Build and manage a high-performing sales team – Maintain visual merchandising in line with brand standards – Deliver an exceptional client experience, rooted in hospitality and product knowledge – Drive sales, manage inventory, and optimize store performance – Cultivate relationships with VIP clients and stylists What we're looking for: – 2-3 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in luxury or designer menswear – Strong team leadership and clienteling skills. – A sharp eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand storytelling – Excellent communication, grooming, and presence – Passion for men’s fashion and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship Send your resume to troy@troycosta.com
