Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Purchase Manager. The Purchase Manager will oversee the procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing of quality materials and services. Responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, maintaining inventory levels, conducting market and cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications Strong skills in procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor negotiations Proficiency in market research, cost analysis, and budget management Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to analyze data and make well-informed purchasing decisions Knowledge of compliance regulations and quality assurance standards Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred Previous experience in similar roles within the real estate or construction industry is a plus
