Staff Accountant - Construction Hybrid Remote

Leading Developer / Builder in the Residential Market has an immediate need for an experienced Staff Accountant to join their mid size Accounting Department. Reporting to the Controller, you will be working with a tenured team who can further develop your Accounting Skillset. Staff Accountant Job Duties: Assist in recording journal entries, cash transactions, and preparing monthly financial packages AIA billing a plus Perform bank reconciliations and other GL account reconciliations on a monthly basis Assist with draw requests and construction loan requests Assist with AP as needed Payroll and HR a plus Position Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 1 year of Construction industry experience.
