Sr. Techno Functional Consultant - Oracle EBS R12/Fusion Cloud (Remote-Full time)

Job Title: Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant – Supply Chain- Oracle EBS R12/Fusion Cloud Industry: Manufacturing Location: Remote, UAE Experience: 10+ Years Job Type: Full-time Role Overview: We’re seeking a Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge business and technology for our Supply Chain operations in the manufacturing domain.

You’ll drive end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support of SCM modules while working 100% remotely with global plants and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Business Analysis: Gather requirements from supply chain, planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams. Translate business needs into functional specs and solution designs - Implementation: Configure and implement SCM modules like Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, MRP, BOM, WIP, Costing, ASCP - Technical: Develop customizations, extensions, reports, interfaces using PL/SQL, APIs, workflows, and integration tools - Process Improvement: Analyze AS-IS vs TO-BE processes, recommend best practices for manufacturing & supply chain, and drive digital transformation - Integration: Ensure seamless integration between ERP and MES, WMS, PLM, SRM, or 3rd party logistics systems - Support & Training: Provide L3 support, troubleshoot critical issues, conduct UAT, and train end users/key users - Remote Collaboration: Lead workshops, CRPs, and go-lives via Teams/Zoom.

Coordinate with onsite plant teams across time zones Required Skills: - Functional: 10+ years in Supply Chain modules of Oracle EBS R12/Fusion Cloud or similar ERP - Manufacturing Domain: Strong understanding of Discrete/Process Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Production Planning, Inventory Control, Procurement - Technical: SQL/PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Data Conversion, REST/SOAP APIs, Workflow/BPEL - Tools: Experience with Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, JIRA, ServiceNow, OIC/Integration tools - Remote Skills: Excellent documentation, self-driven execution, and strong async communication for distributed teams - Soft Skills: Client-facing, stakeholder management, and problem-solving mindset Nice to Have: - Certification in Oracle SCM Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain - Experience with Advanced Planning: Demantra, ASCP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder - Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS CPIM/CSCP - Prior experience in Auto, Pharma, CPG, or Heavy Engineering manufacturing Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial/Production + MBA/SCM preferred. Or MCA with SCM domain exposure - Stable internet + ability to overlap with US/EU hours as needed
