Sr. BIM Engineer

Job Description Create, develop, and maintain accurate BIM models for ongoing projects Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure model alignment Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues efficiently Generate drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and workflows Support ongoing model updates, revisions, and quality assurance checks Contribute to the enhancement of BIM standards and internal processes Requirements Requirements 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architecture, Structure, or MEP) Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows Strong understanding of construction documentation and coordination workflows Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively Good communication and teamwork skills High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset Requirements Experience in BIM modeling (Architecture/Structure/MEP) Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Good understanding of construction drawings Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
