Conveyor Systems Engineer

The candidate should have strong exposure to machine and conveyor design , including complete mechanical systems such as belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and other bulk material handling equipment for heavy engineering applications. Proficiency in structural analysis and FEA (stress, fatigue, buckling, thermal), steel structure design, load calculations, and knowledge of steel grades and material properties is essential. Expertise in CAD and automation tools like SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD is required for design, simulation, and validation. A solid understanding of international standards (ASME, EN, DIN, JIS, and Indian codes), GD&T, manufacturing processes, FMEA, Cp, and Cpk is necessary. With strong analytical ability, good communication skills, teamwork. Responsibilities Explore machine feasibility against required specification with Design calculation, process standards and Prepare assembly and part design / drafting. Ensure product design / drawings are released in conformity with technical specification and design standards. Generate BOM, Drawing, Schedules of the Machine to Optimise of Finance, Manpower and Store Resources. Optimize the designs, manufacturing process / impart value addition by lean manufacturing techniques Optimize & regulate the old stocks / high value inventories & utilize it in some dedicated automated solutions.

Implement past machine feedbacks, MPI's in new design Implement design & drawing standards (JIS/BS/ISO) for seamless manufacturing and assembly of machine Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 70% marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation Minimum 4 years of experience Proficient in Solid works Strong organizational and communication skills
