Bluantz Advertising is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Plan, create, schedule, and manage engaging content calendars.

Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights through analytics and reporting. Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices. Build brand presence, increase engagement, and drive lead generation through organic and paid strategies. Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions when required.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing. Hands-on experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). Strong understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, and performance marketing.

Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
