Social Media Content Manager Remote EST Working Hours (7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST) ⏳ Full-Time ⚡ Immediate Joiners Only About the Role We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Social Content Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands storytelling, and knows how to create content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth. As a Social Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing content across social media, email marketing, blogs, and short-form video platforms.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create compelling content, monitor performance, and continuously improve content strategies. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong organizational skills and can independently manage multiple content initiatives in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms Develop compelling copy for social posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and blogs Write audience-focused content that aligns with brand voice and business objectives Plan and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts Repurpose long-form content into engaging social media assets Social Video Editing Edit and produce engaging short-form video content Create reels, shorts, and social videos optimized for engagement Add captions, transitions, hooks, and storytelling elements Repurpose webinars, podcasts, and long-form content into snackable social media formats Social Media Management Schedule and publish content across various social platforms Monitor social media activity and community engagement Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions as required Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats Email Marketing & Blog Management Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns Create and edit email copy for campaigns and newsletters Manage blog content creation, publishing, and distribution Support content marketing initiatives across channels Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor content performance and engagement metrics Track KPIs and prepare performance reports Analyze audience behavior and content effectiveness Recommend improvements based on performance insights Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or content creation Proven experience writing social media content, email campaigns, and blog content Strong video editing skills for social-first content Experience managing content across platforms such as: Instagram LinkedIn Facebook TikTok YouTube Shorts Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Foreign education is a must have Preferred Skills Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics platforms Experience working with international clients or brands Knowledge of content marketing and audience growth strategies Experience managing multiple client accounts Ideal Candidate Profile You are: Creative, proactive, and highly organized Passionate about social media and digital content Strong at storytelling and audience engagement Comfortable taking ownership of projects Detail-oriented and deadline-driven Able to balance creativity with performance metrics A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment Application Requirements To be considered, please submit: Updated Resume Portfolio of social media content Links to social media accounts or campaigns managed Video editing samples or reel examples
