Important: Candidates must have proven grey box retail experience as a Site Manager .

This is essential and must be clearly demonstrated and highlighted on all CV submissions going forward. Role Summary As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of retail fit-out projects from inception through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities for retail design and fit-out projects Oversee subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures Deliver projects in line with programme deadlines and quality expectations Coordinate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and design teams Monitor site progress and produce regular progress reports Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry Strong and demonstrable grey box retail experience as a Site Manager (ESSENTIAL) Strong background in retail design and fit-out projects Excellent knowledge of site health & safety regulations and compliance Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced project schedules What’s on Offer Competitive salary package (DOE) Opportunity to work with a leading national construction contractor Strong pipeline of retail fit-out projects
