️ Site Activation Project Manager | WTF Gyms | Delhi NCR About WTF Gyms WTF Gyms (Witness The Fitness) is one of India's fastest-growing gym chains, aggressively expanding across Delhi NCR and beyond through gym acquisitions and new site launches. We are a high-energy, execution-first startup and we are scaling fast — 10 to 20 new gym sites launching in parallel at any given time. This is not a desk job.

This is a field-intensive, high-ownership, build-it-from-scratch role for someone who thrives under pressure and loves seeing things come to life. The Role We are hiring a Site Activation Project Manager who will own the entire gym activation lifecycle — from the moment our acquisition team hands over a property to the moment the gym opens its doors to members. You will be the single point of accountability for every physical element of a gym coming to life, managing multiple sites simultaneously.

This is a 100% on-ground, field-intensive role. No remote. No hybrid.

You are on-site, every day, across multiple locations in Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end site activation across 10–20 gym properties in parallel, from acquisition handover to opening day Manage and coordinate civil works: flooring, wall finishes, false ceiling, waterproofing, painting, plastering Oversee electrical work: DB boards, wiring, lighting layouts, power load management, DG/inverter setups Coordinate plumbing and sanitation: pipelines, drainage, washroom installations Manage HVAC and ventilation installations for large gym floor areas Supervise installation of gym equipment: cardio machines, strength equipment, functional training zones, turf areas Coordinate furniture and fixtures: reception counters, lockers, benches, mirrors, glass partitions Oversee branding and signage: exterior signage, vinyl wraps, digital display installations, brand compliance at every touchpoint Ensure all 150+ activation checklist points are completed on time and to brand standard Coordinate simultaneously with 100+ vendors: civil contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC vendors, equipment suppliers, furniture vendors, branding agencies Conduct daily field audits across multiple sites, flagging deviations and driving immediate corrective action Maintain strict project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution without escalation Ensure all statutory compliances: fire NOC, building plan approvals, trade licenses, electricity connections, water connections Track and manage procurement: materials, equipment, assets — ensuring zero delays due to supply chain Coordinate with marketing team on brand readiness before launch Report daily progress across all sites to leadership with clear milestones and risk flags Drive a zero-snag opening: every gym must meet WTF brand standards on day one Who You Are 3–8 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, retail fitout, commercial interior execution, or multi-site rollout management Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous sites — retail chains, F&B fitouts, commercial fit-outs, mall fitouts, gym fitouts, or similar Prior experience at companies like: retail fitout contractors, NSO (New Store Opening) execution firms, commercial interior PMC companies, real estate activation teams at D2C brands, or construction PM roles at chains like Zudio/Reliance Retail/CARS24/OYO/Future Group/V Mart or similar Deep understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and MEP works — you can read drawings and catch mistakes on site Strong vendor management skills — you know how to get work done, on time, even when vendors push back Hands-on with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Excel trackers, or similar) Comfortable with daily site visits across multiple Delhi NCR locations (Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Greater Noida) High accountability, ownership mindset — problems get solved, not escalated Startup energy: fast, resourceful, decisive, and relentless about execution Required Skills Civil & Construction: Site execution, civil finishing works, flooring, false ceiling, waterproofing, painting, structural reading Electrical: DB wiring, lighting layout, load management, DG/inverter coordination Plumbing & MEP: Sanitation systems, pipeline coordination, HVAC Project Management: Multi-site parallel execution, Gantt charts, milestone tracking, daily audits Vendor Management: 100+ vendor coordination, procurement, contract management Compliance: Fire NOC, trade license, electricity & water connection coordination Fitout Domain: Retail fitout, commercial interior, gym/hospitality/F&B construction Tools: MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD (reading), WhatsApp-based field coordination Soft Skills: High ownership, crisis management, negotiation, leadership under pressure Who Should NOT Apply Candidates with experience only in residential high-rise construction (apartments, housing projects) Candidates with experience only in infrastructure (roads, highways, bridges, metro, tunnels) Candidates with experience only in heavy industrial/EPC/manufacturing/oil & gas Billing engineers or quantity surveyors without site execution experience Candidates based outside Delhi NCR (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gujarat, etc.) — relocation not offered Candidates with 20+ years of experience in legacy corporate roles (DGM/GM/Director level at large construction firms) — we are a startup and need high-growth, high-energy execution Software/tech project managers Candidates who prefer working from an office or remotely — this role is 100% field-based What We Offer Fast-growing startup with direct visibility to leadership Competitive salary based on experience High-ownership role with real impact — every gym you activate is your project Opportunity to build and lead an activation team as WTF scales Interview Process No virtual interviews.
