Hours: Permanent, Full-time 40 hours per week – flexible options available. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. We are looking for a Safety, Health and Environmental Manager to join our London Highways team.

You’ll help keep people, goods, and equipment moving safely while making a real difference to communities across London. Responsibilities Lead SHE activities across London sites, ensuring legal compliance and best practice standards. Develop and implement SHE strategies that improve performance and create positive outcomes.

Conduct site inspections and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk reduction. Coach and mentor operational teams to embed a strong safety culture throughout the business. Manage ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems whilst collaborating with clients on innovative solutions.

Qualifications IOSH membership and a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety. Proven experience in a similar SHE role with strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation. Working knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
