What we offer Competitive salary Generous holiday entitlement Pension and wellbeing support The opportunity to make a real difference Responsibilities As Store Manager you will lead a community hub that turns generosity into vital support for children, young people and families across the UK. You will have full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the store, leading staff and volunteers, driving sales and profit, and ensuring everything you do reflects the charity's values. You need to be an experienced people manager who is creative, resourceful, well organised and has excellent communication skills to lead your team to maximise sales and profit and meet the store’s targets. In addition to maximising sales and profit you will also ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer service – your aim will be to make your store the best in town, for customers to visit and for colleagues to work in.
