Job Description

About Us Rigle is a global eCommerce accelerator that partners with high-potential brands to build, scale, and protect their presence across major marketplaces — with Amazon as our core focus. We operate with the same rigor as top Amazon-native teams, combining deep platform expertise, strong internal processes, and data-driven decision making. We manage large, complex accounts across multiple brands and categories and are obsessive about account health, operational excellence, and scalability.

As we continue to grow, we are building a world-class Amazon operations team and are seeking a specialized SEO Specialist to help lead our organic growth and visibility efforts. Position Overview We are hiring an SEO Specialist (Amazon) to take full ownership of Rigle’s organic search strategy, keyword optimization, and search engine visibility across multiple brands. This role is ideal for highly analytical, data-driven e-commerce SEO professionals who love decoding search algorithms and translating search behavior into dominant organic rankings.

You don't just sprinkle keywords into listings—you dig deep into search intent, diagnose visibility drops, outmaneuver competitors, and craft high-converting copy that satisfies both algorithms and human shoppers. You will be the final owner of organic keyword rankings, listing conversion health, and search market share. This is not a support or execution-only role — it requires strong business judgment, advanced technical SEO capabilities, and the ability to confidently steer growth strategies across complex, large-scale catalogs.

This is a full-time & remote role. Key Responsibilities Organic Growth Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive Amazon SEO blueprints to sustainably increase organic traffic, listing indexation, and market share across our entire product portfolio. Keyword & Search Intelligence: Conduct continuous, deep-dive keyword research and search intent analysis to uncover high-volume, high-converting traffic opportunities.

Listing Optimization: Own the front-end and back-end optimization of Amazon listings (Titles, Bullets, Descriptions, and Backend Search Terms), ensuring a flawless balance between algorithmic ranking power and persuasive sales copy. Competitor & Market Auditing: Proactively monitor competitor listings, review trends, and organic ranking shifts to identify defensive moves and aggressive conquesting opportunities. Algorithmic A/B Testing: Utilize Amazon’s "Manage Your Experiments" and third-party tools to test titles, main images, and bullet points, turning conversion data into repeatable wins.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Brand Managers and Marketplace Team Members to align organic keyword targeting with paid ad strategies for maximum SERP dominance and efficiency. Brand Content Strategy: Guide the SEO structure and keyword mapping for A+ Content, Brand Stores, and video assets to maximize indexation and customer engagement. Performance Tracking & Analytics: Maintain and improve internal tracking models for organic keyword rankings, Share of Voice (SoV), and organic-to-paid sales ratios to report ROI to leadership.

SOP Development: Document advanced optimization frameworks, listing launch protocols, and algorithm adaptation guidelines to support Rigle's long-term scalability. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon SEO and listing optimization for large-scale catalogs (preferably managing 1000+ ASINs across multiple categories). Deep technical understanding of Amazon’s search algorithms, indexing mechanics, and search relevancy factors.

Expert proficiency with Amazon seller tools and analytics suites (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics, and Product Opportunity Explorer). Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of directly improving organic sessions, conversion rates, and glance views. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English, with the ability to write compelling, brand-aligned copy within strict character limits.

Able to work independently with high ownership, accountability, and a bias for action. Experience working with global teams and supporting US marketplace accounts from a remote setup. What We Offer Competitive compensation.

Full-time, long-term remote position with stability and growth. High-ownership role with real decision-making authority over organic brand strategy. Exposure to multiple brands, categories, and large-scale catalogs.

A professional, process-driven environment that respects deep data and analytical expertise. Opportunity to grow into an Organic Growth Track Lead or Brand Marketing Manager role.
